The Fall of Great Nations

America, is it DOOMED?

With the on-going attacks on our Bill of Rights,

The US Constitution and our basic freedoms

I can only conclude that America is DOOMED.

Things such as the left stealing the Nov 2020 election, and anyone with a pea brain knows it was stolen,

And the aggression taking place with the Leftist Democrats that have taken over the White House, The House of Representatives and the Senate.

Just look at Biden. You can see he is not all there.

That means that others are in control, maybe even Harvey.

Maybe the Easter Bunny was really Harvey.

And then we have the non-action of the Supreme Court to even take up the legal filings of many that saw the illegal ways the 2020 election was handled.

And the many leftist judges creating law instead of following the law as legislated, and not even considering the Constitution of the United States which they swore to uphold.

An example of how corrupt the court system is, just happened. That being the acquittal of Hillary Clintons campaign lawyer, Michael Sussmann, on Tuesday the 31st of May, 2022.

Acquitted for lying to the FBI. If it was Flynn or Stone, the crosses would be erected for their crucifixion.

Everyone could see he was guilty as sin but the fix was in. The bias judge, the bias jury and the swamp creatures were out to set him free.

And of course, the left trying to wake up the greatest military with WOKENESS.

This could spell the end of America if we should need to go to war.

Then to top it off, the Republicans doing nothing, thinking it will be ok after the 2022 election, which could be too late.

Even taking both the House and the Senate will only stall what is going on. Biden will use his pen to continue his attack on America and we now know that this is a well-planned attack on our freedoms.

We are witnessing a vicious destructive ideology being implemented and it is sweeping our great nation. We see this planned attack on America.

This attack is also destroying other nations as well.

In the Philippines, a generally poor country, or at least a country with a large percentage of its people that are poor, with gas prices that have reached more than $6 per gallon.

Food prices up by more than 25%.

This all started after Biden got into the Whitehouse and started his attack on America and the American people.

It seems to me that America could be headed in the direction of a DOOMED nation.

The question is, can it ever come back?

Have we lost America?

I know it will never come back to the way it once was.

As an Old Goat, I am happy that I was alive when most of our freedoms were protected.

I am now sad to think those days will never return.

Without action from true patriotic Americans there isn’t a chance in hell that we will ever see America and its freedoms again.

This fight is as important as the Civil War to free men in bondage.

Our fight is to free Americans’ that are being put into bondage.

And that is why I say, America is Doomed, if we allow it to be.

OLD GOAT INTRO

Hey. I’m Dave The Old Goat.

First, I am not a doomsayer fanatic.

I am trying to get your attention.

I would like to thank all of you for taking a few minutes and reading My Rants and Raves.

I am new to writing articles, so please bear with me as I learn the ins and outs of writing.

As I learn how to write, and as my followers increase, I will strive to bring you information that, I hope, will be informative and which you can enjoy and maybe open up your minds to other ideas. I know a lot of you will not agree with my opinions and that is great. Without debate, we are continuing down the path to America being doomed.

Thank you for watching over us and providing us with a path to pass along the wisdoms that you have provided to your flock.

Thank you for providing me an opportunity to past along information that may help others to understand what is happening in our great nation and around the world.

For your light that always shows the way to everlasting life.

Thank you for providing me sight to see the light so we can call out good and show evil where ever it appears.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

Also, I am a patriot and believer in our great nation.

Can we just set by, give up our greatness and our rights?

If so, then we will have become nothing.

DOOMED NATIONS IN HISTORY

A question from the old goat “IS AMERICA DOOMED”???

The future of America’s greatness depends on us.

America may be on its way to the heap piles of history.

If we follow in the tracks of many powerful nations that are now only remembered in books and sometimes a few relics on display in museums, that may be our future.

My question as always, “Is America DOOMED”?

Can we save America or is it too late?

If you care about and are worried about America, then that should be the foremost thought on your minds.

For me, the demise of America is what I’m worried about.

In my life, I have seen and studied the greatness of America and the greatness of its Leaders and its people.

From Lincoln, Kennedy, Reagan and Trump

I believe that President Trump is the greatest President for the forgotten American people, is someone that thinks America should be Great again and someone that sees the need to make America 1st again. He is a warrior fighting for our rights and freedoms, even though he is not occupying the oval office, he still is in the fight.

He drew and is still drawing the largest crowds in history for any U.S. President.

His rallies during his campaigns, held many times in a day, never failed to have maximum attendance. His rallies being held even today has record crowds every time.

His, Save America Rally, held in Casper Wyoming, May 28th, 2022, was packed. It is noted, true or not, that this was the largest rally in Wyomings history.

I am sure this drives the Left mad.

But now I am very worried about the American people.

I think that a lot of American’s have lost their moral values and have given in to victimhood, and will not take responsibility for anything.

The Left thinks that claiming victimhood is a, Get Out of Responsibility FREE, card.

Losing our Morals and values is losing God as well.

THE ETERNITY OF AMERICA

You know that sometimes we think America will be here for the rest of eternity.

I think that’s because we have been taught, or should I say were taught, that America is such a great and noble country and has shown the world what can happen when people have freedoms to speak their minds, protect themselves, have an open representative Government, those put there by the people and for the people, to do the peoples will, to grow and change for the better, to honor and fight for a great nation.

We have spent much blood and treasure, to keep our country, not stagnant, but progressing, toward a better society, not only for the US, but the world. We have done this by having high morals.

This is why I keep asking, is America Doomed?

I know people think that is a radical question but think about it.

Those of us that are not blind or blinded by those promoting socialism and a new world order can see the growth of communism that has been showing its ugly head, not just recently, but for many decades.

So, the question, is America Doomed, it’s an honest question, for those of us that are worried about America.

And for those that think America is strong enough and resilient enough to stand up and defeat any threats against America, are looking through rose-colored glasses.

OTHER DOOMED NATIONS

I would bet that the people of Babylon, Greece and the Roman Empire believed the same thing, their empires could never fall.

Now, were are they?

They are gone, and you must understand that history has a tendency to repeat itself.

So, will America be the next great nation to have risen to greatness just to fall by the hands of evil.

After America falls, people will say, there was nothing that we could have done to stop it.

It’s easy to make a statement like that when the final nail has been pounded into the coffin of America.

As American patriots, we not only have the right to fight for our great nation, but an obligation to take action before it’s too late.

Will America only be remembered by the relics left behind after a complete devastation, or by the pieces that are shown in some gallery in a museum wing, if there are any museums remaining that is.

History is shouting to us now, wake up America, wake up World, If America continues on its present path it will become a great nation of the past alongside the Assyrian, Babylonian and Roman Empires. 

So how did these great empires fall.

Well, it was by promoting evil, of the greedy power-hungry people that would do and say anything to gain that power, by forgetting about the moralities that our great nation was built on.

You could say, well that was a long time ago.

We are much better now than then.

Are we?

How long ago was Hitler’s quest to dominate not only Germany but his plan to expand the Third Reich across Europe, the Soviet Union and North Africa with his sights on the world.

His defeat was by many armies of many nations that knew Hitler’s Nazism was the beginning of the end of the world. They fought to save not only Germany, but the whole world.

If he had been victorious, we probably would be speaking German instead of English.

So, again, I ask, Can America endure if we sat back and allow the Socialist, Communist, New World Order, the Great Reset, and many other plans that are acting to take over and change our great nation. Can it endure that?

I don’t think so unless we are, metaphorically speaking, not willing to spend our blood and treasure to defeat the forces that are, and this is not metaphorically speaking, taking aim at all of us.

Back to recent great nations and their fall from power.

RECENT FAILED NATIONS

We don’t think about Russia as a failed state.

But think about it.

The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the USSR.

It had under its communist control 15 republics.

It controlled just a bit less than 1/5th, that’s around 20%, of the entire surface of the world.

It believed it was too great to fail.

Its Communist ideology of domination came tumbling down in November 1989. Not so long ago.

It was broken up from the 15 republics into 15 individual nations.

So, who could predict such a failed great superpower?

If you are a student of the Bible and its prolific teachings, then you will know that most of what is, and has happened was prophesied.

Sometimes, I ask why God would allow these things to happen where so many of his children are hurt.

Well, I think God, like any good father, is allowing his children to learn and sometimes that is, learning the hard way.

God’s plan is to let his children have 6 millennia, a short time for God, to examine and develop religion, education, governments, businesses, science and nature.

As we can openly see, America has given up on religion by trying to cancel GOD. Turning our schools into indoctrination camps. Taking our government into a socialist order. Imposing punishment on businesses that don’t conform to their teachings. And the biggest downfall of all is turning science and nature into a laughing stock. Boys are not boys. Girls are not girls. There are so many genders that they all can’t be counted. Even men can become pregnant.

God lets them do all these things and even lets them be greedy, selfish, make violence & war between themselves, as well as being immoral, just in order to teach them, about good over evil.

I believe that God may reach out his hand at some point in time as he did in Babylon. As he did with the great flood.

By the way, this Old Goat is an ordained minister.

Sometimes I can’t help placing God on the forefront of my Rants and Raves.

BIBLICAL INTERACTIONS

So, Babylon’s Emperor King rejected God and his lack of faith was the down fall of the Babylonian Empire.

In a book by author Jim Nelson Black, “When Nations Die”, he talks about the collapse of several modern empires.

He writes, not only about the fall of the USSR but the fall of the German Reich, the Austro-Hungarian Empire, the Italian Empire of Mussolini, the Japanese Empire of Hirohito, and one that you may not recognize as a failed empire and that is the British Empire.

So now you are aware that great nations that have failed are not always in long ago history, but many within the 19th and 20th centuries.

This brings us to the question of why do nations decline and fail?

I think that is a simple question to answer.

They lose the belief in a higher authority.

They lose their moral characteristics and start praising money and power over God.

In almost all cases that is something that happens.

A survey was done in 35 countries and the question was who believed in religion and morality in making life better.

The average was less than 50%.

The U.S. was around 45%.

The highest was the Philippines at near 95%.

Sounds like the Philippines is in line with GOD.

God’s design of morality is not just for each person but is for an entire country.

Just the facts that countries, over and over again, that eliminates morality as a fiber of its character, will not be able to endure, and the outcome is a failed state.

The Apostle Paul wrote: “do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap”.

That goes for a nation as well.

Jim Nelson Black also outlined some reasons why things start going downhill.

He said that signs of decay can be recognized when “luxury, skepticism, weariness, superstition, a preoccupation with self, the promotion of the wrong people, the urge to overspend, and a rise of ‘liberal opinion’- that is, the popularization of attitudes and policies controlled by sentiment rather than sound moral judgment”

Wow!! What a dynamic statement.

Just pulling a little from some of his points we can see what is happening in America and other places around the world.

His statement, ‘a preoccupation with self ‘.

Here, at present, American wokeness is their new religion, being self centered, having such thin skin that if someone just looks at them, they take it as hate or a racist attack.

This type of evil is being taught in our schools on a daily basis.

Another place where God has been removed to make room for evil.

Then there’s ‘the promotion of the wrong people’.

I see people as Biden, Harris, Schumer, Pelosi, and so many more as the wrong people to promote.

When I talk to supporters that supported Biden during the last election, almost all of them have buyer’s remorse.

Some are just too dumb and immoral to have any remorse.

‘The urge to overspend’. Wow! could that be Biden and his 6 trillion dollars spending spree.

Spend all of the people’s money and then print more so future generations can be in debt for eternity.

Then there is ‘a rise of ‘liberal opinion’-

This is when your attitudes and policies are controlled by sentiment rather than morals.

Listen, if you haven’t read this book by author Jim Nelson Black, “When Nations Die”, you are missing a great reed.

I recommend it as a must reed.

A book by Dr. Alfred McCoy titled, “The Shadow of the American Century: The Rise and Decline of U.S. Global Power”, outlines the demise of our great nation. How it has wasted, the once predominant morality, and replacing it with mass punishment of its people through surveillance and unlawful acts to control the masses.

A book well worth your time.

In the book, he explains, that nations end in decline when they engage in catastrophic military actions.

So, if Biden is in the process of taking us into a war with Russia, which could end with the use of nukes, that would be the end of America forever.

To make it even worse, if you spend more than you have, print money to cover the spending, you weaken the nation’s economy to the point of weakness that all the foes will take advantage of.

It is estimated that we could see our debt reach a point where the interest payment could be close to 1 trillion dollars. That is more than is spent on our military.

This debt and payments will further push America into its DOOM.

The military will not have the funding it needs to remain strong, thus, America could fall, so the question remains, Is America Doomed.

You know sometimes we don’t think God hears us when we pray.

When the Kingdom of Judah asked God to help them defend against the attacks by the armies of Moab and Ammon, the outcome was victory for the Kingdom of Judah.

Maybe it’s time to start praying.

WILLIAM BENNETT, Former Education Secretary.

Now, I would like to provide an excerpt from a book by William Bennett, former U.S. Education Secretary titled ‘The Death of Outrage’.

Another good reed you should check out.

I would like for you to think about what is going on in America now and ponder some of Bill’s thoughts as they pertain to what is happening with present day actions.

"National prosperity, as it happens, is largely dependent on lots of good private character. If lying, manipulation, sloth, lack of discipline, and personal irresponsibility become commonplace, the national economy grinds down. A society that produces street predators and white-collar criminals has to pay for prison cells. A society in which drug use is rampant must pay for drug treatment centers. The breaking up of families means many more foster homes and lower high school graduation rates. A society that is parsimonious in its personal charity (in terms of both time and money) will require more government welfare. Just as there are enormous financial benefits to moral health, there are enormous financial costs to moral collapse" (The Death of Outrage, pp. 35–36).

As you can see, Bennett describes the woke socialistic culture that has started to take hold in our America.

Even Bill asks the question,

“Could our own culture already be in the latter stages of decline? Is it possible that America – once universally acknowledged as the foremost economic and military power of the world – may one day, perhaps very soon, go the way of Greece and Rome” (pp. xvii–xviii).

If you are religious you know the answer is repentance for each person and for the country.

You may laugh, but that’s okay.

I believe that God judges what we do and has a hand in whether or not we survive.

If we as a people and as a country loses our morality and places all else above God, we can only go down one path, that path is our demise.

In Biblical history God sent many of his trusted advisers to warn or try to bring many rulers back to morality.

As seen in Biblical history, those that heeded Gods warning and placed God above all else were victorious.

Those that didn’t heed God found themselves in the heap piles of destruction.

IS AMERICA DOOMED? Summary

So, you think America is invincible.

Well, think again.

America is a very fragile nation that is under attack, both within, and without.

America, built on a moral platform, has now, gone immoral.

You don’t think so?

Look at how our freedoms are being taken away.

Look at the propaganda and indoctrination being spewed by the socialist media, big tech platforms, Hollywood through the so call artistry of movies, our own elected government representatives and the hate groups that are so woke they are asleep.

The cancel culture will eventually cancel America as we know it.

This is why I am worried and I keep honestly asking, is America Doomed?

History has many stories of nations and empires that became great, only, to later become a story in history.

So, can America learn and correct itself before it is too late?

Or, will, America follow in the paths of The Roman Empire, Babylon, Greece, USSR, and even the British Empire?

So, again, I ask, Can America endure if we set back and allow the Socialist, Communist, New World Order, the Great Reset, and others to take over and change our great nation?

The answers to that are, maybe or I just don’t know, or no, or yes.

If you say, maybe or I just don’t know, then you are blind or just wearing rose colored glasses.

If you say, yes, then you are a part of the problem and will be part of the destruction of America.

If you say, No, then you are a part of the solution and will be called upon to fight and try to save America.

So, let’s get ourselves ready for a very brutal and messy fight.
